If you have NCP (Nkosi Control Panel)
- Click on Email and then on LOGS.
- Click On Sort by Score
- Check visually where your legit email and your abuse borders – to know your domain score
- Click on Settings
- Change/Adjust the Delete score to match your requirements and the Mark Score to match your requirements
If you have Plesk Control Panel (Plesk)
- Click on Email and on the “L” to the right of the screen
- Sort the email logs by score and check what your score should be (where your legit email and your abuse borders – to know your domain score)
- Click on the “Home” to the top right
- Click on Email Settings and adjust your Removal Score
If you have an older cPanel control panel (old cPanel)
- Click on Track Delivery (Under Email)
- Scroll to the bottom and on the right, select : “Show 1,000 Results”
- At the top, click on the sort to order by Spam Score
- Check visually where your legit email and your abuse borders – to know your domain score
- Click on the “Home” to the top right
- Click on “Spam Filters” (Under Email)
- Click on “Spam Threshold Score” and set/change the score where abuse is marked
- Click on “Delete Threshold Score” to set/change the number at which abuse is deleted
