If you have NCP (Nkosi Control Panel)

  • Click on Email and then on LOGS.
  • Click On Sort by Score
  • Check visually where your legit email and your abuse borders – to know your domain score
  • Click on Settings
  • Change/Adjust the Delete score to match your requirements and the Mark Score to match your requirements

 

If you have Plesk Control Panel (Plesk)

  • Click on Email and on the “L” to the right of the screen
  • Sort the email logs by score and check what your score should be (where your legit email and your abuse borders – to know your domain score)
  • Click on the “Home” to the top right
  • Click on Email Settings and adjust your Removal Score

 

If you have an older cPanel control panel (old cPanel)

  • Click on Track Delivery (Under Email)
  • Scroll to the bottom and on the right, select : “Show 1,000 Results”
  • At the top, click on the sort to order by Spam Score
  • Check visually where your legit email and your abuse borders – to know your domain score
  • Click on the “Home” to the top right
  • Click on “Spam Filters” (Under Email)
  • Click on “Spam Threshold Score” and set/change the score where abuse is marked
  • Click on “Delete Threshold Score” to set/change the number at which abuse is deleted
